Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Policy:

1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order.
2. If you cancel your order within 12 hours, we will refund the full amount (If paid any) to the original payment source used during order placement.
3. No request for cancellation will be possible after 12 hours of placing the order or if product is shipped. In case there is any exception please connect with us over WhatsApp/Email our customer care will check if there is any possibility to cancelling the order and will inform accordingly.
4. In case prepaid package is not accepted by customer and returned to "Cherry by Poonam" by courier company, then order will be cancelled & marked as RTO. In this case we will deduct the shipping and packaging charges minimum of Rs.99 or on actual (Whatever is higher amount) and refund remaining amount to customer chosen account or source account which ever is applicable within 5-10 business days.
5. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by "Cherry by Poonam" and accept "Cherry by Poonam" decision regarding the cancellation.

6. If the product which you have ordered become unavailable or found to be defective in our warehouse (due to any unavoidable or technical reasons) then your order will be cancelled and amount which you have paid will be refunded back to the same account/payment method used during order. Refund may take 5-7 business days depending upon bank and payment method used. We ("Cherry by Poonam") will keep customer informed if any situation like this will arise. 

Note: Kindly raise cancellation request from "Customer Account Dashboard > Order Section" within 12 Hours of placing the order.
