Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

We ship All Over India where our Delivery partner are available for delivery.

1. SHIPPING charges will be waived off if total shopping (final shopping per delivery after return if any) will be more than Rs.1499, but in case customer returned the product or total shopping value (final shopping per delivery after return if any) will become equal or lower than Rs.1499 then we will deduct the shipping and packaging charges minimum of Rs.99 or on actual (whatever is higher amount) and refund remaining amount to customer chosen account or source account which ever is applicable.
2. For orders below or equal to Rs.1499, shipping and packaging charges are below:

1. Order value between Rs.0 to 1499, shipping charges is Rs.49. (This is fix charge we take from customer to make product more affordable but actual shipping charges which we pay to courier partners are more depending upon package size, weight and delivery address that is bear by us)

2. Order value between Rs.1500 to Max, Shipping charges will be waived off.


Note: In case customer returned the product or total shopping value (final shopping per delivery after return if any) will become lower than Rs.1499 then we will deduct the shipping and packaging charges minimum of Rs.99 or on actual (whatever is higher amount) and refund remaining amount to customer chosen account or source account which ever is applicable.

3. We ship from our Noida Office.
4. For Domestic Orders, we ship via Delhivery, Bluedart and Shiprocket or any other equivalent and reputed shipping/delivery partner.
5. Mostly order will be shipped within 1-2 days, if there is any exception we will inform customer accordingly.
6. Once your order is dispatched (Pickup done by delivery partner) it is usually delivered within 4-7 business days. Except holidays or any unavoidable circumstances or delay from delivery partner side.
7. As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email/WhatsApp/SMS/Call or via Partner network.
8. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time. But in case of any delay due to unavoidable we will keep you informed via Email/SMS/WhatsApp/Call.
9. Once we received order from customer and found address or shipping details are not correct then we may call customer to get the relevant information. In case of insufficient or misleading information order will be cancelled and if any amount is paid will be refunded to source account.
10. Our Partner may contact you during shipping/delivery/Reverse pickup or for order confirmation via Email/SMS/WhatsApp/Call.
